At Fabluxe Hair, we aim to provide high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products should be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.
  • Hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team at support@fabluxehair.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please follow these instructions carefully.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@fabluxehair.com for assistance.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@fabluxehair.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or altered hair extensions
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

8. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@fabluxehair.com. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has shipped.
